I’ve been building my home gym, mostly with dumbbells, and I’m looking to put together an effective chest workout-straightforward moves, minimal space, no bench yet. What are some of your favorite dumbbell-only exercises for chest that hit both size and strength? Is it possible to get a good fly or press-type movement just lying on the floor, or does that limit the range of motion way too much? Any tips on creative exercises or set/rep ranges that have worked well for you working out at home, especially if you don’t have adjustable benches or fancy gear? Thanks!
