Looking for advice or recommendations on the best compact home gym setups! I’ve got limited space (like a spare bedroom or corner in my apartment), so I can’t fit huge equipment.
What would you all say is the most effective or versatile equipment for getting a full workout in a small area? Are those all-in-one machines worth the money, or should I start with adjustable dumbbells and resistance bands? Would love to hear what worked for you and what you’d do differently if you set up your home gym again! Any must-have items for beginners?
