One thing I’d add is to check how easy it is to assemble and move around-some of the bulkier free-standing ones are solid but a pain if you need to shift them often. Also, if you’re renting, those door frame bars with rubber padding seem to leave less marking, but it can still depend on your trim. If you’re planning on stuff like muscle-ups or explosive movements, definitely lean toward the heavier, floor-based setups. Otherwise, for strict pull ups and dips, most of the reputable brands hold up great!
