Hi everyone, I’ve been thinking about setting up a small home gym and really want to focus on my core. I’m pretty new to working out, so I’m wondering what ab workout equipment you guys would recommend for a beginner? I’ve seen a lot of things online like ab rollers, benches with accessories, and even stability balls, but I’m not sure what’s most effective and doesn’t take up too much space. Any advice or personal experiences would be awesome. Thanks!
