I’ve had one of these systems for a while, and while I appreciate the space-saving design, I’ve found that setting up for each exercise can be a bit clunky. It’s decent for general workouts, but when it comes to really isolating a muscle group or safely adding heavy resistance, it doesn’t quite match what dedicated machines offer. For the full-body routines, it works fine—just be aware that you might miss some fine-tuning options that solo machines provide. Adjustments and added accessories have been my workaround. Just another example of trade-offs between convenience and performance.
